Would you like to know God’s plan for your life?

God’s plan for the entire human race was revealed to the apostle Paul and it astounded him.    He couldn't keep quiet about it.   Same with Peter in Acts 10.    It’s a plan, which, once we hear it and then believe it, makes us realize that we’d better get with plan sooner than later because my entire future destiny hinges on which side of God’s plan I’m on.    Getting on the good side of God’s plan is Heaven and a New Creation.    Choosing to be on the wrong side of God’s plan is choosing the outside, the outer darkness, where the regret is more painful than eternal flames.

God’s plan is a good plan and he’s invited everyone in!     But God is not coercive.  He won’t force drag anyone kicking and screaming.   To do so would probably be not much different for that person than being on the outside  (being forced into anything, even heaven, against your will is a form of hell (have you ever experienced a hate toward pure goodness?)

But God knows you and me well.    Therefore John 3:16.   A wide open door for you and for me.    Is you life one that is growing more and more comfortable with Goodness?   Is it one that marvels at being one with enemies forgiven by Grace and with those who are least like you as brothers and sisters in the New Creation?

And this is God’s plan: Both Gentiles and Jews who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God’s children. Both are part of the same body, and both enjoy the promise of blessings because they belong to Christ Jesus.
“ When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father,
the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.  I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.  Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.  And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.  May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
“Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen”
