The above picture is from the brand new YouVersion Bible app for Kids.   I think it’s great.   It’s free.  I got it on my iphone on Thanksgiving Day, the first day it came available.   I then tested it on my six year old grandson and he loved it.   YouVersion for adults or for kids is great Christmas Gift!  

When our children were young, one of the things I did (which all parents do) was to help them with homework.   In doing so I read history books for pre teens and early teens and I learned so much, unfortunately because I didn’t learn all that I should have when I was that age in school.  

Sometimes it works that way when reading a children’s Bible to your kids.   You’ll get the big picture and (re)learn the great story of the Bible!
