Hi
_______________,
You
asked a very difficult question!
Here’s what you asked, “Will Satan turn good?”
Satan
did turn bad when he didn’t have to.
But the problem is that Satan has decided to stay bad for so very long
that he probably doesn’t even know the difference between bad and good
anymore.
He’s now so bad that he doesn’t even know it!
This
is a very important thing for us, to remember too.
A person can choose to do wrong things for so long that he doesn’t even
know that’s he’s bad.
He just thinks he’s fine the way he is.
That’s a very dangerous way to be because when badness feels normal and
not bad, that always lead to a bad ending.
We
should all wish that Satan turns good because being bad isn’t fun, even though
it seems fun for a while.
I
am sorry to say, ___________, that the Bible says that Satan won’t turn good.
That happens sometimes.
We try to turn others to the good side but it doesn’t always work.
Here’s a verse that says that badness cannot survive when Jesus
finishes making everything new and good.
“I
saw a new heaven and a new earth . . . .
I heard a loud voice shout from the throne: God's home is now with his people. He will live with them, and they will be his own. Yes, God will make his home among his people.
He will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain. These things of the past are gone forever.
Then the one sitting on the throne said: I am making everything new. Write down what I have said. My words are true and can be trusted.” Revelation 21:1-5 (CEV)
